1. Which smartphones support the Rokid AR app?
Refer to the list of supported smartphones at https://store.rokid.com/products/rokid-air. If your phone is not on the list, please email customer support to inquire about compatibility.
If your phone supports AR mode, it is recommended that you download the Rokid AR app to access more features.
2. Where can I get the Rokid AR app?
There are three ways to download the Rokid AR app:
1) Scan the Rokid AR app QR code in the user manual.
2) Download the app through our official website (https://air.rokid.com/download).
3) Download the app from the Play Store.
Note: It is recommended to download the app from our official website. Downloading the app from the Play Store may result in garbled characters or audio tracks when you watch 3D videos.
